It serves and consist of the following cities: parts of Montebello and Monterey Park, South El Monte, El Monte, Baldwin Park, Irwindale, Bradbury, Duarte, Azusa, Covina, parts of West Covina, San Dimas, La Verne, Pomona, Montclair, Chino, Ontario, and parts of Fontana.
